BÜHLMANN GanglioCombi®  MAG Autoantibodies ELISA

BÜHLMANN GanglioCombi® MAG ELISA offers the possibility for the investigation of anti-Ganglioside antibodies (GM1, GT1a, GD1a, GD1b, and GQ1b) as well as anti-MAG (myelin-associated glycoproteins) antibodies in the same approach. The kit contains all 3 enzyme labels: IgG/IgM-Mix, IgG and IgM, which allows cost-effective algorithms including testing in 2 steps: (1) Initial screening for antibodies with the IgM/IgG-Mix followed by (2) separate re-testing of positive samples with IgG- and IgM-enzyme label.

Anti-MAG Autoantibodies ELISA

The anti-MAG Autoantibodies ELISA test by BÜHLMANN is the acknowledged gold standard by many Laboratories to reliably quantify anti-MAG antibodies. Based on highly purified MAG from human brain, the assay is characterized by outstanding sensitivity and specificity. Anti-MAG Autoantibodies ELISA may be used as stand-alone test or in combination with BÜHLMANN GanglioCombi™  MAG ELISA to confirm autoantibodies against MAG.

Anti-SGPG Autoantibodies ELISA

In general, antibodies recognizing MAG react with a carbohydrate determinant that is also present on an acidic lipid, sulfoglucuronyl paragloboside. Anti-SGPG antibodies have a wider spectrum than anti-MAG antibodies do – some samples which are anti-SGPG positive are negative for anti-MAG antibodies. Therefore, samples should be tested for both antibodies. The Anti-SGPG Autoantibodies ELISA from BÜHLMANN is a semi-quantitative assay in which results are compared with a calibrator.

BÜHLMANN GanglioCombi™ Light ELISA

BÜHLMANN GanglioCombi™ Light ELISA combines on one microplate the three most relevant and frequent gangliosides, GD1b, GQ1b and GM1. The kit contains 3 enzyme labels: IgG/IgM-Mix, IgG and IgM.

Anti-GM1 Autoantibodies ELISA

Anti-GM1 Autoantibodies ELISA allows individual testing of anti-GM1 antibodies of the IgG and/or the IgM isotype. BÜHLMANN Anti-GM1 Autoantibodies ELISA is based on the enzyme-immunometric assay technique.
