Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Functional Role:
• The primary function of the Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is to provide oversight for clinical trials, verifying the rights and well-being of human subjects are protected, study sites are trained and supported, sample logistics from clinic to laboratories are coordinated, and that reporting data are accurate, complete, and verifiable. This position will work directly with BUHLMANN regulatory, development & commercial team members as well as clinical and laboratory consultants and contractors throughout North America.
• Reports to BDC CEO, Dotted line to BL Regulatory
Objectives of the Job- CRA:
• Supporting study protocol development and study design.
• Coordinating study logistics and timelines.
• Study site liaison and point of contact for training, support, and communications to ensure data quality and accuracy along with all other study deliverables.
• Interact with and guide clinical and laboratory study investigators & coordinators in accordance with study protocols.
• Support and Monitor sites deliverables between visits and prepare for audits and inspections; conduct and write visit reports and communicate status and needs.
• Ensure data are accurate, complete and verifiable.
• Manage and provide accountability for site operations, as defined by the study protocols and contracts according to International Council for Harmonization (ICH) Guideline, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) related to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and other applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• Support relationship management with clinical and laboratory partners as well as clinicians and key opinion leaders (KOL) in the therapeutic areas and laboratories.
Other Objectives of the Job-CRA:
• Member of the BÜHLMANN FDA core team establishing regulatory strategy for FDA product registrations
a. Supporting study logistics, timelines, protocol development and study design.
b. Supporting Management of regulatory submissions and documentation.
c. Helping Coordinate study logistics and timelines.
• Support the relationship management with clinical and laboratory partners as well as KOL in therapeutic areas.
• Tracking project progress
• Helping commercial & customer service team members to support inquires and projects, coordinating and
Qualifications-CRA:
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in medical, scientific or health related discipline.
• Medical Device experience is preferred but not required.
• Significant professional experience with clinical studies, customer service, and relationship management preferred.
• Must be a strong listener and efficient communicator over the telephone, virtual meetings, in written communications and in person.
• Ability to efficiently work remotely and independently.
• This position could require up to 50% travel, mostly in the US.
• Ability to pass a background check and Valid US Passport is required.
IT Skills- CRA:
• Must be Fluent in standard Microsoft Office software; knowledge of Quick Books and/or CRM (sales force) a plus.

3x Regional TSS Functional Roles:
• The BUHLMANN Diagnostics Corp Regional Technical Sales Specialist plays a critical role in providing technical sales expertise for diagnostic assays across their territory. This position combines consultative sales knowledge with advanced technical proficiency to ensure optimal customer satisfaction, product implementation, and business growth while driving new development and supporting existing customer relationships. This person will be responsible for managing and expanding business in a target region, managing accounts, managing and improving customer relationships, improving profitability of accounts, handling first line service, identifying new opportunities to increase BUHLMANN market shares.
Objectives of the Job- TSS:
• Full revenue responsibility for the regional sales including forecasting and target performance achievement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to achieve annual sales objectives.
• Prepare and execute regular customer business reviews.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, supporting account expansion and product adoption.
• Collaborate with partner account executives during customer meetings, demos, and validations.
• Manage customer inquiries, leads, and technical complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and deliver effective product presentations and training sessions for customers, internal teams, and partners.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and opportunities within the CRM system.
• Attend industry conferences and events to promote products, develop new business, and engage with current customers.
• Participate in strategic account management activities, including forecasting, contract renewals, and long-term planning.
• Manage and drive the development of their accounts, including key activities such as strategic account management and post-sales implementation.
• Build the funnel of opportunities and drive the acquisition of new customers.
• Manage routine renewals of base business accounts and negotiate long-term contracts.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to customers.
• Oversee progress of cross-functional implementation team (post-sale) with project manager.
• Success in this role is measured by service level achievement, economic profitability, customer satisfaction score (NPS), contract renewal rate and managed revenue.
Qualifications & Experience- TSS:
•Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or Commercial field required; degree in clinical or laboratory sciences preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years track record in the medical diagnostic industry with an emphasis on managing and expanding existing accounts/territory, managing and improving customer relationships and improving profitability of accounts/territory.
• Experience with clinical chemistry analyzers and immunoassays preferred.
• Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist (ASCP) certification preferred.
• Sales or Commercial experience within the diagnostics or laboratory technology industry is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with a commitment to quality and compliance.

Work & Travel Requirements-TSS:
• This is a full-time, salaried position with standard benefits, including 401(k), health, and dental insurance, and 20 days of PTO annually.
• Role is based within the United States, preferably near a major transportation hub.
• Position may require up to 75% travel within the U.S. and limited international travel (e.g., 1-4 times per year).
• Ability to pass a background check; Valid U.S. passport required; TSA PreCheck or Global Entry recommended.
• Reports directly to the Sales Director.
